Feature RequestsHate itFactor meals taste great but the portions are way too small, no convenience and starving. The meals are not fulfilling especially for guys, and they're overpriced. Plus, their cancellation process is a pain – you have to call them instead of canceling online like you should be able to to make matters worse, the entire time you're trying to cancel, they're trying to lower the price for the next box. And right before you think it's over, they're charging your card that you just canceled!

The minute you add your card, you're locked into a delivery. It doesn't give you the option to just add your card and look around and then decide whether you'll like to purchase a plan. I feel like that's a false invitation. Also, you can't remove ingredients from the meals. I don't eat green beans, but many of the meals are filled with this option. I would prefer the ability to substitute a vegetable with a different vegetable.

Nothing wrong with the food per se, rather my issue is with the app's interface mainly with selecting meals. Sometimes when tapping the button 'select meals' the app would either take very long for it to go to the next page or just not work at all so I would be stuck with pre-selected meals that I don't necessarily want.
