App works fine, but the UI and overall experience could use polish. I submitted a pickup order and assumed it went through, only to find out later it didn’t process until I woke my phone back up—by then, I was already at the café. Not ideal when you’re in a hurry. Needs better feedback and background processing.

BugsThe menu is deep and has tons of options. The UI of the app sometimes gets in the way and leads to errors. Also, the experience in the app varies quite a bit from the web experience, which can be even glitchier. Also, the app behaves differently depending on the store I'm ordering from. Sometimes, the app won't let me order for immediate pickup. I can only assume that different stores have ways to throttle traffic originating on the app. You get no warning that ASAP ordering isn't available

BugsHate itMissing In App Pickup Instructions = Terrible Customer Experience Why can't I see anywhere in the app that details about pickup are emailed? How the heck are customers supposed to know that the pickup experience includes badgering the staff more than once about their order? That slows the kitchen staff down. They didn't even get my order right. The hot sandwich was cold, and the frozen drink was missing. I refuse to pester staff repeatedly, so I'll shop elsewhere.
