Recent issue, the daily rewards feature hasn't worked for over 3 weeks, and this allows you to earn coins without paying. I'm uninstalling for a while as customer service has been no help at all despite 3 conversations with them. I love the game, especially team play, but I feel like this is just a way of forcing me to purchase more coins to be competitive. Also seems that we are playing against some bot teams and there's no accountability for that as well.

This is a really fun game. I've played it for years. Originally buying no-ads was a one time thing, but I see now that you only get 30 days. So for that, it has lost a star in my rating. Also, the free version lowers the game's performance and you can't play to your full ability due to major lag. So it basically forces you to buy no-ads if you are trying to play the game seriously. For that, it has lost another star. Would be a five star game without these issues.

I purchased the ad free version of Ruzzle years ago. Recently, the app disappeared from my phone. I went to Play Store to download it again, but have ads now. I would like to have the ads free version back since I paid for it. Can't get an actual answer when I email the support address listed, just a referral to FAQs, which was no help. Is there any way to get help with this?
