Updating my 3 star review to 4 stars as the major issues have been fixed. There is one major missing feature and one minor feature that would be extremely beneficial. The major missing feature is the ability to filter gigs and notifications, I have a truck and I want to just see the Large/Huge/XL gigs in my area without needing to click every bubble on the map. The minor missing feature is having a list view for open gigs. It would make selecting gigs much easier for advanced users.

hmm. well as a driver it's really not good at all. thie time and distance makes no sense. I'm gonna drive 45 minutes for 8 bucks?.. add all these miles, wear and tear on my personal vehicle which I cannot get refunded for... it's kinda really to low of pay even with larger gigs to make it seem logical to do. maybe in like new York City. where you'd mostly use a bicycle it makes sense. but as for a vehicle. makes zero sense at all logically.

App is frustrating. We have issues & can't get support. You keep emailing support which takes days to weeks IF they respond. Emergency or app issues don't matter there won't be any response. The app freezes and kicks you out the gps while driving so it's dangerous to keep trying to make it work. It doesn't always submit items so I've had to drive several hours in the dark back to homes to get scan unpaid for FREE. Long waits in sketchy places then can't cancel after wait time.
