    I purchased the 4-week trial, but do not plan on renewing. The workouts are awesome, and short in length, which is just what I need. A lot of these moves I am not familiar with, so it would be nice to get a preview video of each move as you go along. My biggest problem is the syncing. I've had this app for three days, and it has not synced my steps accurately at all. Not by a few either, by over 5,000 steps! Doesn't matter if I use Fit or my watch, it never updates my steps.

    I was really excited to find a walking for fitness app that promised to sync with my smartwatch. FYI, it has very limited connectivity, and will not sync with my Garmin. In addition, there is no way to manually add your steps from unsupportive devices. If I had known that ahead of time, I would not have purchased the app. As a teacher, I log an average of 4,000 - 6,000 steps a day, just at work. I can't use the phone sensor at work (district policy), so all of those steps aren't counted.

    No native integration with Garmin. Bought a third party app to make Garmin sync to Google fit, but still barely functional. Didn't originally add a goal date, now can't add one. I can't prove it's "impossible" to use to get a refund, because it isn't, but totally unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, it's all locked down until you buy, so hard to know without wasting a few bucks. "Workouts" are hokey. I was looking for personalized goals, not flailing in my living room. Not even going to bother.
