By far the most expensive platform to trade crypto that I have used. Not only do they charge a hefty fee per trade, but if you use the "instant" option for trading the percentage difference between the price of the crypto and what you are paying is the most out of any of the other platforms. They might be ok for long term trading but definitely not for high volume, even if you pay for the plus membership. Will pull my money out as soon as it's profitable, after all the fees.

blah so far. better than Cryptocom but still missing a lot of basic things like interlinking views (let me tap a coin symbol or name from anywhere to view it's current basic chart or price), and many things just missing essential info (like the Orders page... I can't even tap into each order to view their details), and I need some things like max spent or price at the time or number traded etc per transaction.

Still absolutely no response to questions about account cancelation. Attempts to remove the over $9000 off their platform are still pending. Customer Service is non-existent. While it worked? best I've used. Then, out of the blue,my ACH transfers wouldn't work(worked before). I suddenly get a notice that my account is closed. For security purposes & safety of their platform. Remove all assets within 10 days[week and three days] Customer service is nonexistent. No one answers emails.
