App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

Very accessible and efficient app to utilize. I've been using Amtrak and the app for over a year now and it's so easy. The app makes it convenient to look at maps, find stations and places to easily connect with other services like SunRail, busses, attractions, hotels, etc. They make it easy to reserve and protect your trip for canceling which I've had to do.

There is a bug, or an undesirable UX flow, which keeps tripping me up. I want to change the first leg of the trip, but end up inadvertently changing the second (final) leg, which means now I arrive and leave on the same day, which I did not want. With change fees, this has cost me a lot. The issue has to do with selecting the first leg, but then the app asks you to select dates for both legs of the journey. Makes zero sense. Get your act together, app team.
