After trying all settings (all activated - banners, Lock Screen etc) and never receiving a push notification, finally figured out the App needed updating. The App does not let you know it’s out of “update”. Be sure to check it! I am now finally receiving push notifications and know when a class is cancelled or an event added.

There’s no clear direction on navigation in the app. You have to look around for the schedules for classes and availability. When you do find a class and go back, it takes you back to “my schedule” where you have to start over. This has you looking for the available class for an unreasonable amount of time, leaving you to say “never mind.” Please make this app more user friendly with clear direction as to where items are located and easy to find classes! I don’t want to spend hours looking for an open aquatics class only to be taken back to “my schedule” and start over.

Makes checking in very easy. Also, I love the ability to be able to give feedback on my visit s from within the app. It works great in my Apple Wallet and has never crashed on me. I have been using it since July ‘24. I also love the accessibility to see the classes at all Y’s and the ability to get points for bodies and workout, which helps keep me encouraged and motivated!
