Despite improvements, the Android version continues to have bugs and problems. Glitchy, inconsistent performance when transitioning from wifi to data. Requires multiple restarts and sometimes will not even resolve the problem. Occasionally will sign you out of the app entirely and requires a full credentials reset. Clunky, jittery add placements during live content or recorded playback makes for a jarring listening experience. Audacy podcast promos are stale and need refresh.

Update: over the last 6 months I've had a chance to compare this app to others like it. This app is so poorly made, so janky and inconsistent compared to even it's most random competitor, that I'm not sure how audacy exists. This app is *such a piece of junk*. Half the time it never loads the station. My local markets' sports station is only able to be listened to on this app, and this thing makes the experience a coin flip. I actually bought a small AM radio, this app is so bad. 0/5 if I could.

To give audacy some credit, the app has gotten better through updates. I know lower spec devices may not perform well but I got a more powerful device and it works better. A bit slow, sometimes have to refresh a page for it to load, and Android Auto support is not great. You have to open the app on the phone to open it on your head unit. Recently Played is the only options in the Android Auto app. Audacy if you read this, please reach out to me for more feedback.
