Battery UsageBugsDeviceHate itThe Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

BugsHate itThe new app user interface is terrible, the process of logging into the new app is cumbersome, slow and obnoxious. And base app list of accounts just have the account numbers, not the names I've given the accounts so I know what they are. I like the banking policies of Barclays, but the app has had many issues over the years. And this change has not been smooth sailing.

DeviceHate itLog InUpdatesThe Barclays app wipes out my biometric access every few days. I have to log in again each time with my user ID and password to reestablish the fingerprint login on my Android device. Very inconvenient. As of 5.2.2025, this issue still persists. It is a major flaw with the app. Each time Barclays pushes out an update, my biometric access is deleted and I have to log in with my user ID and password. I am considering closing my account because the issue has not been resolved.
