It started out free, but was bought out and turned into a pay service. They want to be your salon one stop shop, but with the subscription fee they still nickel and dime you for everything and push you to use their credit card processing that has a flat fee per/transaction plus a percentage. They only provide support if you are a premium member and are slow to respond by email. They charge you if a new customer books through them, even if they are your client already. Not easy to cancel.

all has been fine for the last year and now with the last update, one of the most important things to me is gone. when I block time out of my schedule, I can no longer see more than one word on my weekly calendar view. I have ALWAYS seen every word, vertically, so I could see the errands I had or notes about something. now I see the first word only and have to tap on that blocked time to open and read the rest. makes it completely useless for me. I will have to look at a different app soon

I'm currently starting my business and I couldn't have found a better app, thanks fresha, I've researched, tried and paid for other apps like booksy, but I always come back here... I would like you to improve your code for the fluidity of the menus or the actions within the calendar, there is a bit of lag until the animation is done. I would like you to implement more things in user experience, you are doing it perfectly, do not ruin it by changing everything to payment options "add-ons"
