App is pretty annoying so far. Can't order room service in the app as far as I can see. So if it's possible it's impossible to find. I'm already checked in my room, never able to find the "while you're here" swipe up in the hyatt app to connect to the chrome cast. It's all very frustrating. I guess everything else works. In addition, both checking in and checking out through the app have failed, making me have to go to the front desk. What's the point? What's the issue? Just fails. Annoying.

Hyatt is not a luxury experience. A luxury experience should delight at every touchpoint, especially online. As a Marriott and Accor member, I find Hyatt’s digital experience lacking. Choosing a room is tedious—you must click “details” for images, making comparisons difficult. Customer support is also frustrating; booking transport requires long Live Chat waits, repeated details, and no clear follow-up. Hyatt’s digital experience needs improvement.

This app is pretty good unless you opt to apply for Chase Hyatt credit card. If you do, it takes you to an application. When your application is approved, the whole reservation process is truncated. The card is approved and then nothing. Your reservation doesn’t go through, the new card doesn’t get charged. Everything just dead ends. I had to go back to the Hyatt reservations page and enter a different credit card to secure my reservation. If you're not getting the Hyatt CC, it's fine.
