performance_and_bugsdesignCharging works fine, although the location I used had one of the only two stations out of order, but the app is a slog to use. Starting it up is slow and inconsistent, sometimes not opening at all and displaying an error message. When the app does launch, the map and other menu's loading times are also inconsistent. Sometimes instant, sometimes taking a few minutes to finally appear.

performance_and_bugspaymentcustomer_supportserviceThe lack of reliability of the EVgo network and app really makes me question whether they've got an actual engineering team. The number of network-wide failures is astounding. Right now they have blocked access to the entire app with a note that says Autocharge still works. I'm assuming that's a true statement for most people. HOWEVER, my credit card on file is failing, and I cannot even open the app to see which one it is or be able to switch it. Thanks EVgo!

pricingservicethis app used to be great. lately it's been showing wrong prices. You pull up and it says one price then when you go to start it the price goes up. ive been using this. for months so I know what the on and off peak prices should be. Seriously thinking of changing brands. you guys need to fix this because Im paying about 15 cents more during off peak hours.
