The app is very basic and easy to use which I appreciate. Ordering is a breeze and tracking the order in the app is a great convenience. There are two negatives I need to mention though. I don't get a push notification when my order is ready, so I have to keep refreshing the page to make sure I don't miss it. The other is, I can't apply any of the rewards I've earned. I click the button to apply the code and order, but nothing happens.

I don't like how the app tries to upsell you every time you add something to the cart. They also have some deceptive prices where a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza is more expensive than the same one with pepperoni. Pick up options are good, but sometimes the pickup portal doesn't work at the physical store location. Delivery is a joke, where you're charged more than 50% of the order total in bullsh*t fees (city, state, and district???), not including driver tip and it's all handled by Doordash

The ease of ordering a pizza is average! I love the fact that it lets me kinda visualize my pizza, but getting there is a little tough. On top of that, it told me I could get exclusive deals by subscribing to the newsletter, but I found that they were the same deals that were already available regardless of subscription. And at that, they're not really deals worth downloading this app for. I am still greatful FOR the deals existing at all. Any discount is generous, but these are not great ones.
