Hate it
Deceptive business practices like fake coupons/discounts and fake free returns, I like what I've gotten, but the coupons are a joke. The app sucks.They arent deals, and you have to buy very specific items that arent explained well. They dont calculate correctly I got an anniversary code but couldn't use it saying my purchase didn't qualify but yet would never come back or tell me what the requirements are. Same for birthday. This has happened multiple times.I would order monthly if not for that.

items are nice but if they don't fit good luck returning them. They make it completely impossible. you have to attach photos for each item and when you upload them the screen goes back to the home screen and you have to start your return over. I decided to try and return one item at a time and if you do that you can't return any other items from the order. I'm now stuck with one hundred dollars worth of clothes that don't fit.

Extremely Disappointed with Halara's Return Policy I had high hopes for Halara, but their return process is incredibly frustrating. All I wanted was to exchange for a smaller size, but instead of offering a simple exchange, they require you to pay for return shipping, wait for a refund, and then repurchase the item yourself. That’s completely inconvenient and not customer-friendly at all. Honestly, the pants aren't worth the trouble. I won’t be shopping with Halara again.
