Does anyone know how to reach Remind? I want to know if the app runs based on cellphone number/service. My remind app is not reliable. I have all notifications turned on, including email and text notifications, and my app is up to date. But there are still times when I won't get notifications of messages, which is quite frustrating, especially when the messages are about bussing delays and cancellations. I think it is linked to a faulty device that doesn't receive all incoming calls.

I used to be very satisfied with the Remind app. As a teacher, this was an easy way to communicate with parents without them having my phone number. Character limits were a challenge, but I would just do multiple texts to get everything in. Most of my students' parents do not want to download the app, so their being able to receive the messages by their texts was great. Now, that is no longer free. Teachers (or at least I) were not warned of this change. Parents are thinking I'm ghosting them.

It used to be a great app but year after year it has more limits and more issues. First, the characters are extremely limited. Sending a decent message to students is impossible. Even regular texting has many mor charact! Second, there is a message appeared on all groups and people that they won't receive any message unless they download remind - why? it has been fine without forcing people to download it, as it used regular texting with generated numbers. Now you must download the app. Third
