Battery UsageCustomer ServicePayment and BillingI've used Hopper for flights without issue; they seem to be at their best with round trip flights through multiple carriers. Would NOT recommend for hotels: they never sent the hotel the reservation booked a month+ in advance (front desk noted this was a repeat issue), and once the issue was identified, their customer service not only gave bad info (i.e., credit card was charged when they claimed it would not be) but also made no attempt at compensation whatsoever for the room being unavailable.

BugsI have booked three flights that all had issues: One flight immediately after booking was shown to be canceled. Why let me book a canceled flight? Support required a number I couldn't access in the app and when "resending" the cancelation confirmation email it said "try again another time, error". The other time the payment crashed 3-4 times and by the time it went thru it had changed the month I was flying out. I was able to talk to a human that time.

Customer ServiceI used hopper 2 times and all was good but the 3rd time I had to reschedule my flight for a later date and the itinerary was all messed up so I called hopper customer support and the first person hung on on me.. the 2nd person told me the airline had made a change (which was a lie) and to call back in 24 hours. I ended up just calling the airline it's self and they helped me out right away. please look up customer reviews on reddit before you decide to go through with using them.not worth it
