loginTrying to login and create a password is super obnoxious. Gives you the requirements for a good password and when you give them a password that meets those requirements, it won't let you submit it and proceed if it doesn't think it's strong enough, but won't tell you how to make it stronger. Just won't let you use it. Tried a dozen different passwords before realizing that adding a space to one and making it two words would satisfy it. And then, even then, "Can't process request right now" SMH

performance_and_bugsdesignlogincustomer_supportI understand you only made $20B in profits last year and can't afford to hire an app designer but this is terrible. The app is very slow, information and phone numbers for many providers are out of date, setting up biometric is annoying and if you ever log in without the fingerprint, it removes biometric and you have to enable it again. Makes me enter my password manually and locks me out when I get it wrong. When it works it's okay..

performance_and_bugsloginDespite not showing it on the login page, there IS a biometric login option in the Profile settings which allows you to login to the app without having to enter your password (to Cigna's credit, they called me to explain this to me after I left them an unfavorable review 😁) Otherwise, app is okay. It's kinda slow, and sometimes it renders blank pages, but it appears to offer the same access to the information available on the Cigna website.
