Awful. Tried buying through browser. Didn't work. Tried different browser. Tried phone. Double, triple checked billing/card info. Tried different payment. Tells me to try another time. Tried hours, then days later. Didn't work. Downloaded app, didn't work. Verified account by email/texts. Went back into app. Showed multiple tickets available, tried to buy, changed to none being available when checking out. Contacted support. Told support would look into it. Never heard from support again.

This app constantly freezes up. It constantly thinks I'm a bot, then I have to get user support on GAME DAY to access my tickets so they can personally verify I'm not a bot. The UI is laggy, non-responsive, etc. With all the fees this company takes in, you would think they can afford some top-of-the-line software that actually works as intended. I'm looking for tickets right now and it just freezes up when I select the event (white screen).

edit 05/2025 App is still causing issues. I can't view tickets. the screen freezes. the price toggle only works sometimes. the "verification" page will spin for 5 minutes and then freeze. i have tried 4 different times in the past month to purchase tickets and i can't because i dont get far enough. with all the 1 star reviews stating the same problems, you would think theyd try to FIX the issue. 2/2023Went from "okay" to absolute trash.
