FH is really working for me. First, it fits into my life—the video dr visits, the delivered meds, the customer service is amazing—chat or phone. I have changed my eating habits already (did not think that was possible!) and am working on exercise now. Seeing results and making healthy changes is so inspiring! I never realized it’s not a sprint, but a marathon and the helpful tips/videos have helped me. I love the food journal/photo feature. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I think the app could use a little help. My starting weight was not correct and has not been corrected. While you do enter weight in the progresss tracker, it only shows the current weight—you can’t look back on entries. Wish it were more user friendly. I like the list of to-do on the month ahead, but it disappears before the last week & then starts all over as if it’s your first time starting the regimen. Other than that, this would be 5 stars! It is working for me, I have lost 17lbs to date!! And most importantly, making healthy changes that are working!

I saw them in social media and decided to take a look. They required that you download the app just to get normal information. This was misleading because the minute that you registered in order to see what products they carry they start billing your card immediately $99 a month for some people might not be a big deal but for me that’s $100 a month that I don’t really have. I’ve never been reached out to by one of their medical experts or anyone by way of email or phone call I have requested that they refund the February and the March that they continue to bill me. The employees are rude on the phone they give you ticket numbers that absolutely mean nothing. They promise you you’ll be refunded and they do not do it…. I am so upset right now because I am so sick of being given a run runaround and not helped. I plan to take this to the better business and also the trade center and report this, I would never want any other person to go through what I am. I can only imagine if I had purchased anything with healthcare how incompetent that care would’ve been. Again I didn’t receive anything because I never placed an order. I was simply looking at their app to see what they offered when I saw saw that they did not offer what I needed. I simply deleted the app and walked away, but they had taken my credit card information and they continue to bill me. I will be opening a fraud case with my local bank. 😪

Don’t bother with this program. They don’t care about you. You won’t ever see the same doctor twice. They don’t bother to read your chart before they see you. They ask you to fill out the same form again and again but they don’t bother to read it. I had to fill out the same form twice in the same day. It’s annoying and it is obvious the people who work for them are just going through the motions. I was honest about my prescribed oxycodone medication for hip pain on intake and on every appointment since. All of a sudden it's a problem. I joined the program because I needed to lose weight so I could lose weight so I could get to the BMI that my surgeons require to have my surgery. This has been an over all frustrating and painful journey for me that has taken me 9 years to lose 73 lbs. I've only lost a few pounds with this program because I had to start from the lowest dose again. I had been on a high dose with my regular doctor. I know that Ozempic works because my doctor put me on it and it got us here. I only started this program because of the inconsistency of the availability of the medication through traditional methods. Our pharmacies were running out of it. My doctor suggested paying out of pocket and trying online programs. Which was finally working and the weight was coming off again. I'm tired of stopping and restarting programs going through plateaus.
