The auto agent hasn't disappointed me since the install. I use it to receive new and updated tunes for my truck. It takes a few minutes to transfer a new program from your phone to the truck ECU, so I find the one that suits my needs and keep it. The only suggestion I would make, would be to have a toggle, or switch to change from Hiss idle to rumble without the need to download a new tune.

Incredibly easy for a person without any experience. Tech Support is very good. I'd encourage anyone to buy the EZ Tune hardware and software. Spend the little $$$ extra $$$ for lifetime updates. They just updated the torque with Transmission for smoother shifting. I trust these guys.

The app works good for the most part. This is the second truck I've had it on. On both trucks the EGT readings began surging between 243 and 2000 even when the truck is off. To get it to reconnect after a firmware update, you have to unplug the module for 10 seconds and plug it back in.... The only problem is they tell you not to turn the key off or unplug it, but I have left it in my truck for over an hour trying to "restart".
