I gave it a 3 because the items I did recieve were great. Customer service is nonexistent even though there's an option to use it. Their customer service page is empty. I requested a refund from a seller (kshsg) because I wanted to order another item from them, and the seller told me to change the reason why I requested it. When I tried to reach out to customer service, there was none. I'm done with the app. It only takes one time to feel scammed.

I used to get packages once maybe twice a month and it took usually a little over 2 weeks now. my packages are not tracking correctly and I'm having an issue communicating. I'm having to wait a very long time for something. that's an easy fix. if lost, resend the item but they are not doing that. I originally gave them five stars but after using for a while I'm only giving them two stars now

Interesting Customer Service - when a sellers item does not arrive, they refund you but the seller keeps the shipping cost. I may be cynical after years of direct ordering from China, but I think a fair percentage of these sellers do not even ship the items. Or there are an exceptionally large numbers of shipments that get lost. Either way, Ali, DHG, Temu need to figure it out. it's not worth saving a few bucks if it's a coin flip to get your purchases.
