sadly one of the worse delivery apps I've used, and even more worse that it basically has a monopoly in southeast Asia. for example ,love how it randomly changes my address from home to "random address" which makes it impossible for them to find me. 👍 it also constantly drains my battery, especially when trying to take a taxi.

Crashes or hangs every time I try to use it. I have cleared the cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my phone. Tried everything. Maybe the app is too resource intensive for my 5 year old phone. So many ads and videos on the home screen. But even when i go to book a ride it is crashes every time. Edit: April 2025 - after many app updates it's working better now - much more stable! But it's getting more expensive all the time! 'Surge' pricing (50% charge) at NOON on a regular Monday???

the auto translate always turns off on its own and I have to switch it on every single time I use the app. and it's been half an hour and I can't cancel my order. I should be able to cancel my order regardless of the amount of time that has passed if there is no driver found. they are holding me hostage like criminals.
