Review: On behalf of the Brazilian community, I’d like to highlight some serious issues with the game: • Event times: The current schedule only benefits Vietnamese players. Times are completely incompatible with the US and other servers. This needs to be fixed to be fair to everyone. • Guild Warehouse: Recent updates block rune deposits, making it impossible for guild members to support each other. • Marketplace: The selling fees are abusive. Worse, if an item doesn’t sell, the fee isn’t refunded when it returns to your wallet. This must be corrected. • Item drops & ads: At the start of every season, drop rates are drastically reduced under the excuse of “adjustments.” In reality, this only forces players to spend money on ads and runes. • Bots: Permanent IP bans are urgently needed. That’s the only way to stop bots and improve the game environment. • Support: There’s an urgent need for an international support team. Right now, it feels like everything favors Vietnamese players, which creates an unfair experience. Support must be neutral. This game has great potential, but it requires real adjustments with the community in mind. Long-term improvements will attract more players and build loyalty. Please focus more on player experience rather than trying to squeeze money out of every possible feature. This will greatly improve gameplay and the overall reputation of the game. In summary: A good game with strong potential — but it needs a lot more attention and fairness.
