Hate iti'm downgrading my review to 1 star. App is nearly useless. Nothing new is getting added. There are now "wisdom clips" which are just 1-2 minute clips lifted from previous material. There's a lot I like about the app but it really needs new meditations more frequently. I'm down to 2 stars. App is seriously stalled. Next to zero new material. Doubt if I'll renew without real improvement.

Updates5/2/25 update: I'm not really happy with the new format. Not easy to navigate and It seems like it's all focused on "Shorts" where I prefer "Longs". 2021:Highly skilled teachers! This app has really helped move my practice forward. I would only ask that in the daily meditations, there was less talking and more silent time to practice what is being taught

Hate itUpdatesupdate- Home screen has been frozen since last update, which the app page says was done to -fix!- home screen issues. New content is just old content repackaged in shorter clips. I wish I hadn't resubscribed, it's like paying for something you already bought, but with less features (no more 10 percent podcast) and worse interface. Great start for mindfulness and meditation. But after 2 years of use, I've gone through most of the lessons, and I wish for some new content.
