Total Scam: I noticed after picking up the "prize", the claw opens up for a brief moment once it hits the top, making the prize fall: I picked up the same object 5 times in a row, watched the claw grip it, pull it up to the top, then open to drop the prize before moving to the opening. Don't waste your time or money on this.

Wanted to give a higher rating because it is fun. But the prizes I've won said they were shipped 10+ days ago and the tracking won't update. Contacted support 3 times and they keep saying they will notify someone and get back to me with updates...still nothing. Edit: prizes eventually came, but now there is so many games not paying out coins from glitches and CS is ignoring my mails about it, down to 1 star until they can start to make this right

Great Concept. most the games that are in idle state which are playable are not fully functional. Like some don't spin others don't have the moving arms. Camera placement could be better. I play few Arcade prizes games. This has to be the worst. The video slots and other side games bad win ratios. but they're fun enough for you to spend a few dollars but prizes are not worth it especially in the mall.
