The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

Takes all the hassle out of hair appts and gets down to hair business! Let's you pick your day and time(if still available), gives a price and time frame for everything on an al a carte menu. After you make a selection, it confirms right away. Also, if you have a question, your stylist can message you right from the app. Win, win!♥️

From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The locticians are incredibly skilled; they really take the time to listen to what you want and provide helpful advice to ensure the best outcome.
