Terrible app experience. Wouldn't allow me to check in. tried 6 times night before flight. Initially, wouldn't allow me to pay for a picked seat, then wouldn't allow me to remove the seat. Wouldn't allow me to add a card payment. Tried 2 different cards multiple times to no avail. Closed the app & tried again a few times, still didn't work. The seat was stuck in the cart. Waited until day of flight to try again & was allowed the 7th time, but was forced to purchase the seat in order to check in.

this trip was so hard to book. yesterday. spent 3 hours. The web didn't work, when I went to chat they told me they would send me a payment link but instead I got an error saying that they were having system problems, after 3 hours they transferred me to a actual person I could talk to, but when they told me that they couldn't complete the reservation I just gave up. today I used the app The app kept timing out. if I hadn't been booking for a group I would have give up again.

Terrible! we were told to avoid extra charges on bags, we needed to check in online more than 4 hours before departure. Nobody told us that so we paid extra. On the way back we checked in 6 hours ahead of schedule online and were told that discount is only applicable for "Go Savvy" upgraded customers! We didn't save one dime by checking in early and got screwed just the same! We're done!
