Very accessible and efficient app to utilize. I've been using Amtrak and the app for over a year now and it's so easy. The app makes it convenient to look at maps, find stations and places to easily connect with other services like SunRail, busses, attractions, hotels, etc. They make it easy to reserve and protect your trip for canceling which I've had to do.

BugsDeviceDifficultHate itLog InApp is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

Hate itLog InThe app is fine for purchasing and changing tickets, but what's annoying is the interface between it and my rewards account (why two separate accounts is also baffling). To access my rewards it takes me to a page where I have to log in, and it suggests to use the app (which will loop me back to that page). On top of that, the landing screen there prompts me to, you guessed it, open an account. I wish the developers would actually use their products like ab end user to understand what they make.
