Users cannot talk to a live person if a card is lost or stolen, all that can be done is clicking a button within the app, BUT WAIT....the button doesn't actually work so all that can be done is to send an email, w/the potential to have people make charges against my checking account while I wait for a response. Unacceptable! I've sent emails & left voicemail msgs & I'm getting nowhere & no response. JUST FOUND OUT MEMBERSHIP IS NO LONGER "FREE" STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE - they're liars - SCAM!

Use to be free when I got my first card, but then it expired last month. So I went to renew it, and they said now it's a + membership, which they made it seem free. But when I had trouble linking my account to it, I saw something about a month or yearly fee!? They did not disclose anything about a fee! Now, I'm trying to cancel it, so don't get charged! Why wouldn't they disclose fee? Defeats the purpose of having the card.

for the last at least month, this app only works on a local level. I cannot select a neighboring City that I am traveling to and compare prices and try to get a better bang for my buck. I don't know what's going on with this thing but I am very unhappy with it and it's "new bugs" I thought upgrades were supposed to improve a program not make it worse.
