App content: phenomenal! App performance: less than satisfactory! I am unable to perform certain search activities. I am either met with the search bar page acting as if I never searched in the first place, or redirected to the home page with any progress discarded. I'm sure it's a bug in the software or something, but it's deterred me from booking a room several times now. I had to use Priceline or go through hotel front desk, which of course doesn't add to my points balance. Bummer.

I'm a diamond member on this app. Wydham is ok. The app is trash. You can barely tap on something. How do you have an app where you can't tap on stuff for your reservation. It will have options like call hotel, see stay details and you will be pressing the button a 100 times to get it to work. It's been doing that since I started using the app. Very poor and irritating. At any time you won't be able to tap on Simple things. Other apps I never had issue pressing on options. Terrible even from web

Just don't. I have been booking through this app for 9 years. I started the account because I traveled for work. It's always a headache talking to customer service. They are often rude and not helpful. I was told to be quiet on my last booking. When the person refused to just make a note on the call that we talked. The only time I didn't have a problem was when my call was being answered in the US. It's always some loopholes or problems with the points. That you miss when you're using the app.
